QuotePro is a quoting and invoicing app published by Freshinnov Labs (Private) Limited, 13965 Eastview Phase 2, Goromonzi, Zimbabwe. This policy explains what the app does with information, in plain terms.
The short version: your business records stay on your phone. We do not have a copy of your quotes, your invoices, or your customers. The only thing the app sends us is an anonymous code identifying the device, so we can tell whether that device holds a valid licence.
The following is stored only on your phone, in the app's own storage. It is never transmitted to us and we cannot see it:
When you export a backup, that file is written to your own phone. Where it goes afterwards is entirely your choice. We never receive it.

The device code is produced by combining characteristics of the phone itself, such as its make and model, and passing them through a one-way cryptographic hash. The result is a string of letters and numbers that cannot be reversed to identify the phone, and it is not linked to your name, your email address, your phone number, or any advertising identifier. We use it for one purpose: telling one licensed device apart from another.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location. There is no advertising in QuotePro and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
If you subscribe through Google Play, Google processes the payment. We never see or hold your card details. Google tells us only whether a subscription is active. Google's own handling of your payment information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
If you bought a licence directly from us, we hold the record of that sale — typically your name or business name and how you paid — for our own accounting, as Zimbabwean law requires of any business.
The licence records described above are stored on servers operated by Supabase, which hosts our database. Supabase processes this data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we never use it for advertising.
You can refuse any of these. The app keeps working; you simply choose files through your phone's file browser instead.
A licence record is kept while the licence is active and for as long afterwards as our accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will, though doing so ends the licence on that device.
You can ask us what we hold about your device, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days. Because the app holds your business records on your own phone, you can delete all of them yourself at any time by uninstalling the app — but export a backup first if you want to keep them.
QuotePro is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change what the app collects, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the app.
